RIGOL DS1054Z. Firmware from delivery 00.04.04.SP3. All Options are open.100 MHZ no. Have installed firmware 00.04.04.SP4. I want to do 100 MHZ. Invalid license. Help. RIGOL company woke up? Sorry for my bad English.

Just updated one DS1Z to 100MHz. Double check the serial number you entered and everything should be fine.

Not easily.
But there's been no report of the new FW preventing the unlocking (and updating an already unlocked scope works, IME).
It would seem very strange to close the stable doors 5 years after this horse has bolted...

Things to check:

• Have you tried only the web site or also downloaded and used the binary? Some people got different results, AFAICR.
• Have you used the DSER code? Do not use DSFR!
• Did you try unlocking via SCPI (over telnet/USB)?
