Need TDK-Lambda LS FM3 Power Supply Manual & Schematic

Does anyone have a copy of the subject manual they could send me?  I am trying to repair an old power supply and it is difficult without this information.  I have tried TDK-Lambda's technical support for obsolete products, internet searches of many technical manual websites, and asked around, all without success.  Thank you in advance!

Possibly, any model numbers under it. Eg. Ls51x, lr61x. X denoting a number.
Is it a precision power supply? If yes, than yes.
