Rigol DS1104Z Plus does not boot, just blinks and beeps

Hi,
I am sitting in front of multiple new DS1104Z Plus. When I turn them on, all they do is show me the Rigol logo, all buttons are blinking and it beeps in sync with the buttons turning on and off.
Has anyone ever seen this? Is there a way around this? Is it possible to flash/update the firmware without getting the scope booted?

I got all of them fixed by updating the firmware. This can be done by putting the firmware file onto a fat32 usb drive, insert it into the scope, turn the scope on and continuously hit the Help button until the Single button lights up. Then wait until the scope is booted.
This fixed all of them I tried so far
Pretty bad to get like 15 of these things and not a single one is working out of the box...
