Title: Rigol DS2072 - different memory depth options Ch1 vs Ch2
Post by: Circlotron on February 22, 2016, 10:37:56 am
Was looking at the scope tonight and I noticed that Ch2 has memory depth options of 14K, 140K, 1.4M etc but CH1 has only 7K, 70K, 700K etc like as if Ch2 was on as well when the mem depth is shared. Is this a bug? I don't think it always did this but not sure. See pics.

Hi

Your Trigger Setting is the key... You Show CH1 but Trigger on CH2... hence Ch2 Needs resource and you share ADC and MEM between the two channels.
Try to set the Trigger on CH1 and you should again see 14k, 140k...

Right?
