Rigol DS2072A Print to USB Problem

Around 50% of the time, using any method to print the waveform fails. It looks like it has worked, however the image file shows a blank scope screen, with no signals present.
This is a bit annoying, because it is difficult to know if the print worked before connecting the usb stick to a pc.
Rigol are aware of this, however the latest fw I've got (00.03.05) still has the error.
