Title: Rigol DS4000 / MSO4024 Cant get option and bandwidth hack work on this scope...?

Hi,

after hours reading about hacks, i dont get any further..

Got a MSO4024 , with all options pre instaled. Software version 00.02.03.SP2 HW version 1.3

Tried to uppgrade to 500MHz, with no luck. Need that resolution badly.

Get :

All codes go in and say options instaled. System Information still say MSO4024..

Anybody got a clue what i do wrong?

Missed that point! I was checking the model nr and it was not changing! But when i checked the options menu it was ok! :palm: :-+

Then it's just to add the new sticker on the front ! ;D
Rigol did send stickers for all resolutions with the scope. :clap:
