Twintex TP-3300U Programmable power supplies

Has anyone bought Twintex TP-3303U or TP-3305U power supply? Any comments on quality? I'm trying to decide between this and a GW Instek model.

Searching the forum resulted in only few threads about Twintex anything, so I guess they are a small player in the business.
