Seek combination TEquipment (Logic Analyzer, Scope. etc)

Hello Folks,
sorry for being so silent - life has me bogged down with the menial tasks and loads of contracts.

Basically, I need to spend a lot more time in a second lab (family issues)...where place is very constrained. I now wanted to ask if anyone of you can recommend something for me as a "main squeeze" type of unit. My wish list:
x) DSO, minimum sample rate of 200MS. Protocol decoding is not necessary, as I will buy another Salae for that.
x) AWG
if possible: x) Precision multimeter

If possible, devices should be LARGE and LOUD. I dislike the little 250 or 1000g units (Rigol, Tek 200, etc). Price range should be beyond 1k or so...and yes, I gladly buy used.
