Title: Rigol MSO 5074: Can't boot after the firmware update

Hi!
I've tried to update the firmware of my MSO5074 from to v00.01.03.02.02 (https://www.rigolna.com/firmware/ (https://www.rigolna.com/firmware/)). After it said "update successfully completed, please reboot" I've turned the scope off, but when I've turn it on again it stucks at the end of loading (it shows a RIGOL logo and full progress bar). Any ideas how can I fix it? Holding a "SINGLE" button after powering the devise on did nothing.

OK, I've should just press a "SINGLE" button multiple times instead of holding it. Guess this one is solved... for now.

Yup, the second try was successful, no idea what went wrong for the first time  :-//

I have this issue as well. I restarted my scope after it said upgrade complete and now it will not boot. It just sits at the RIGOL loading screen indefinitely.

How did you fix the issue?

It's a bit tricky, you don't need hold Single button, just switch unit off, then press power button, right after momentary press Single button few times until menu appears, try "Default Settings" (not fw upgrade) first.
