Rigol S1210 Software for DSA815TG

Hi,
I've been having some difficulties trying to get the S1210 software working with DSA815 to produce EMC reports.  I'm not really having much luck so was just wondering if others have been able to use this software successfully.

Have you already paid for the Rigol software?
I can recommend the Tekbox EMCview software - very easy to get up and running.

Yes, have already paid as I needed the EMI-DSA800 option for other things.  I can't even get the trace to update properly even with it set to clear-write repeat.  Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong and should keep trying or if I should just give it up as buggy unusable software from Rigol ?

Except the EMI option is licensed separately from the S1210 software... unless you got some bundle deal?
I haven't used the S1210 software, but if it didn't work I'd start by contacting support and likely very soon after asking for a refund.
As Peter mentions, firmware version is likely to be important.

Yeh, I got the bundle deal.
I have firmware version 00.01.19
And UltraSigma version 1.06.01
So, that should work according to Pedre Reply #1041 on other thread (unless S1210 needs something different to Ultra Spectrum?).

Ok, I just found this https://rigol.force.com/support/s/article/S1210-Using-dBuV-units-successfullyon the Rigol website as well which could account for another issue I was seeing (107db offset)
