Rigol Ultra Scope Issue

Hey everyone,

I'm able to use Ultra Sigma including print screen function with an USB connection. But whenever I try to start Ultra Scope, it appears on task manager for a while and then disappears with a Timeout error in Ultra Sigma. Even I try to start Ultra Scope alone with offline mode same thing happends.

I'm using a Windows 11 PC and tried all compatibility modes, uninstalled/reinstalled NI VISA, Ultra Sigma, Ultra Scope but that didn't change anything at all, stopped antivirus before starting application but no joy.

Anyone has a suggestion? Ty!

You can use this https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/rigol-screen-capture-vcl-windows-application/ instead.The ultra scope software is very buggy

Thanks. I'm already able to take a screenshot via Ultra Sigma. The device itself is visible in both NI-MAX and Ultra Sigma/Ultra Scope bundle. To sum up, only issue is Ultra Scope does not continue to the scope interface even via offline mode. Somehow the app itself does not continue and closes itself after timeout. It's probably something compatibility/video driver/OS related issue but I'm out of solutions.
