RIGOL Ultra Sigma crashes every time

Hello,

Sorry for my english, but I'm French.
I bought products RIGOL RIGOL. DM3068, DP832a, DG4062 ..
I have installed "Ultra Sigma" 00.01.05.10 on a modern PC running Windows 7 pro SP1  64.
I have it installed in administrator mode.
Ultra Sigma runs with devices  none connected.
Ultra Sigma runs with connected devices, but crashes every time I try to do an action.

I have installed the same thing on an old PC running Windows XP and it works well.

I have tried to install other versions of Ultra Sigma 01/05/05 01.05.02. Its the same problem.
I have tried to install Labview 2013
Ultra Sigma ran  two days and since it has  crashed as before.
I have uninstalled Labview2013

Do you have any idea with the problem ?

I installed UltraSigma some days ago from Cdrom (arrived with my new Dg1032Z) on Win7. It runned, connected to my rig but no action anymore.
Then downloaded the latest version from Rigol site, ver 00.01.05.10: started, connected and did some action.
But after a reboot, do not start anymore. Tried to run in XP compatibility mode: no action.
Itried to reinstall: installs, but not running.
I'll try to deinstall it from control panel and reinstall. Perhaps...

Any other idea?

If you both are running 64 bit Win7, that may be the problem.  I would suggest installing a virtual machine.  I use VMWare.  Install WinXP SP3 32 bit in the virtual machine.  Within the VM install the software and try it there.  USB ports are recognized in the virtual machine.

It is very curious and capricious ...
Today, the software runs, the "screen capture" runs.
Yesterday, the software runs, but not the screen capture.
Before yesterday, nothing runs ...
I have not modified anything in my system.
I'll try with viltualbox
