Rigol Ultra Sigma DM3068 communication breakdown?

Hi,

I have some communication problems with the DM3068.
I can for example take a few sceenshots, but then after some time  (minutes) it stops working the DM3068 only gives a beep as soon as I give the command and gives a communication error.
I don't know how to restore but after a few times it works again and then stops working again.
The SCPI console keeps always working though. (just asking its ID as test)
And the DM3068 WebControl works but nevers shows me a reading only "- - -" where the value should be.

I assume it has to do with ultrasigma and drivers but I think I have all the latest versions installed.
anyone experience with this kind of problem.
I have Window 7 64Bit.

BTW I get the same error message if I try to take a screenshot of the DG4102 (but I don't know if that is supported)

I think I found the main reason of the problem.
Hold on this is funny

You maybe know that the DM3068 supports 3 command sets: (very nice of them)
Rigol DM3068 Command Set
Agilent 34401A Command Set
Fluke45 Command Set

Now guess what happens when you start the WebControl interface
Yep it switches from Rigol to Agilent making some commands invalid.
So the WebControl itself may also work bad because of that.

Going to contact Rigol about this, maybe it is some default config file on my PC that needs changing.(just hoping)

BTW they did gave me a small DSP update file of 2MB: (yesterday)

The latest firmware for DM3068 is 01.01.00.01.07.00.03,it is available for
01.01.00.01.00.00.01 version or above .

Boot up time is about 16 seconds for those who care.
(Warm up time much longer but you may not need the accuracy that soon)
I will write a summary later about the DM3068. (not DM3058, has different functions)
