Tektronix MDO34 Question
« on: March 14, 2023, 08:25:16 pm »
Trying to understand this difference I am seeing on my oscilloscope.

I am debugging a marginal issue. I see a brighter-colored section at the beginning of power-on of my voltage rail via my oscilloscope. This is significant to me because it ONLY exists when the device goes on to later fail. I have attached the "passed" instance in comparison, where the voltage rail is duller in color.

I'm trying to understand what the difference is that is resulting in this different/brighter color? This could potentially lead me to narrow down the root cause of my issue.

When I try to zoom in, the waveforms begin to look exactly the same. But there is a clear difference when zoomed out.
