can you also state which picoscope model you are using?

Sure thing, ths a PICOSCOPE 3205A

Hi everyone !

Thank you so much for this incredible tool, it's really a breeze to use  ^-^
Tried my first measurement today and it went quite well, but I was surprised to see that the reference resistor cannot use decimals (ex : my 100 ohm resistor measured 99.32 ohm).
I'm pretty much sure that nobody really cares about such a small difference though, we're talking about an open-source yet powerful tool that is not really meant to match super high-end Keysight analyzers lol.

Not sure if that could easily be improved too, but I can't seem to make a 5Hz - 20kHz measurement while the FRA4PS software easily supports it (even if it is slow) : here, the buffer of my small 2000 series scope gets full. Maybe there is some trick to automatically send data when the scope buffer is full so that it can continue doing the rest of the measurements ?

If I see anything else that could be improved with some use, I'll let you know !

Cheers,
Rodolphe

I would be surprised that is the case (can't remember and can't test right now), but could it be a conflict with the use of comma and point for the decimal separator?

Not sure what is happening exactly. I would have expected whatever you can run with FRA4PS, also would work with this app. Can you post a screenshot to show of your settings and what is happening exactly?

Just had a check, I can give in decimals without any issue.
