Help finding 0-150VDC (27A@15VDC and 2.7A@150VDC) power supply

Hi.
We have a product which will have a maximum power consumption of 400W, and will support a input voltage of 15-150VDC.
Now we need to buy a variable PSU to be able to test this product. 400W@15VDC=about 27A and 400W@150V= about 2.7A.
We dont need any fancy remote controll support or things like that.
Do you have any ideas of affordable PSUs that would fulfill our needs?

Could try a three phase motor inverter with the output rectified and smoothed?

Also a large dynamo driven by an induction motor?

Most switched mode PSUs can be connected in series and parallel on their outputs so a switch bank?

Suppose it depends if you want it smoothly variable from 0-150V, or can accept a range of voltages between 0-150V.

You could split up the range and use an HP 6030A and an HP 6032A.

Or, you could put 2X 6030A in parallel.

What do you consider affordable?

The BK Precision 9116 is a modern instrument, although two separate power supplies should cost less.

We have loked at BK Precision 9116 and it fulfills all our needs except its to expensive for the time beeing.
If we somehow can get down to 500$ I might convince my boss that we can buy one
