Here are some pictures of my teardown of the BBC Metratester 3 appliance tester . On the pictures you can see the multiple board construction of this unit . What a hell if you have to repair it  .

Lovely power devices in there, have not seen those cans for a long time.

yes old stuff from the 1970`s . This good old puppy still works . The measuring voltage for the isolation test ist still roundabout 740 VDC and the scale shows the value of 10 MOhms when testing the voltage with a digital multimeter

Hallo WackyGerman,
ich las im Forum Du bist ein Besitzer eines BBC Metrawatt Metratester-3.
Auch ich habe solch ein Gerät.
Leider ist bei meinem  der Printtransformator defekt und ich kann kein Originaltrafo mehr zur Reparatur auftreiben.
Mein Plan ist eine Reparatur mit mehreren Standard-Transformatoren.
Dafür müsste ich die Ausgansspannungen kennen.
Ich hätte eine Bitte:
Würdest Du bitte für mich an Deinem Gerät ausmessen welche Sekundärspannungen der Trafo hat?
Da gibt es drei Sekundarwicklungen, eine mit einer Anzapfung - also benötige ich die vier AC-Spannungswerte.
Auch bei der Primärwicklung gibt es drei Anschlüsse - einer ist unterbrochen. :-(  
Hast Du eine Idee wofür der dritte Primäranschluss ist?
