Rigol vs Siglent FFT

My dad asked me to pick out a low cost scope for him and I got a Rigol.  I was looking at getting a scope about a year ago and decided not to, but I was looking at a Siglent.  But now I am thinking of getting the more expensive Siglent and just splitting the cost with him and we can both use it from time to time.  When I was looking, I was interested in the FFT, and it seemed like like everywhere I looked, the Rigol implementation was one of the poorest out there while the Siglent was not too bad.  Now, I can't find any info on if Rigol has improved thier FFT or it is still as poor as always.  Anybody have an idea?

Already ordered the Rigol but might return it when it gets here if the Siglent FFT is still much superior.  The scopes are siglent sds1202x-e vs rigol ds1102z-e, 379 vs 279.

Rather than just datasheet specs the user manuals can provide more clarity of FFT capability.

Useful capability like controllable Markers that you can adjust settings for each, Search, set by amplitude, harmonics or frequency and show a marker table.
FFT modes such as  Normal, Max-Hold or Average add further usefulness if you're into advanced FFT.

If reasonable FFT is all you need yet would still like some nice features maybe the new 4ch $399 SDS1104X-U might be more attractive.

Siglent sds1202x-e is better scope of those two..
If you can afford money difference go for that one.
