Hi,
Today while contemplating on getting a new spectrum analyzer with a demodulation capability, something like datasheet below:
https://scdn.rohde-schwarz.com/ur/pws/dl_downloads/dl_common_library/dl_brochures_and_datasheets/pdf_1/FS_K7_dat_en.pdf (https://scdn.rohde-schwarz.com/ur/pws/dl_downloads/dl_common_library/dl_brochures_and_datasheets/pdf_1/FS_K7_dat_en.pdf)
I figured lets try to hack my FSL3 to see if i can enable the option, sadly i did not achieve that but i did enable the power meter option,FSL-K9 >:D.
Turns out R&S packed the frequency alignment software within their FSL firmware itself, its in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Rohde-Schwarz\Instrument\bin\FSLCorrDataAcquisition.exe
Now here is the fun part, by just opening .exe in plain notepad, reveals some of the service functions being used, the one in our interest is:
line 1133: Enable powermeter ... diag:serv:sfun? '1.99.2.1.1'
Here is how I used it :
This is before:

Step 1:
Enter the service password: 894129, can get there by hitting setup

Step2:
Enter the Service Function 1.99.2.1.1

I dont have R&S Sensor to try it, but i believe it should work, only downside is, the function goes missing after a reboot, and you have to redo all the step again to get it back.
Hope this will be useful, and i will try to check what else we can enable :)
