I have the same problem as you guys have, got a SDS 1152CML+ stuck on boot screen.
Tried multiple times the math button reset but has not worked.
None of the buttons working - could someone help me with the usb reset?
Inserting memory stick into front usb socket gets a response but utility key press button not
working. Rear usb connection yields -
Siglent,SDS1152CML+,SDS1MHED4R5827,6.01.01.21R2\n
Correct make,model and serial number

Hi!

It seems my SIGLENT SDS 1052DL+ got the infamous "stuck on SIGLENT boot screen"

Would it be possible to receive the fabled recovery method ? It would save lives! (or 50$ and 2 weeks)

Haha, I don't remember the actual price of the recovery itself but the shipping cost of sending it back and forth was actually the major part of it

(I trash the quote so I can't tell the detail)

Recovery can be done by you, when given the correct recovery package !

Hi!

Thank you for the answer and I'm gonna ask that support asap!

I'll have to ask my boss on monday where he got the quote because I can't remember (it would be either the supplier or some repair company I guess - this thing has been sitting in a corner for over 6 months since that ...) but the thing is : I work in a school and since it's not personal/company money but public fund no one really care (it's just me who found paying for what looks like a software glitch ridiculous).

PS : I did try spamming the "math" button to no avail then saw that forum ^^

Hi All,

New to the forum as i was looking for some guidance on how / If I can address the same "Stuck on the Logo" start up screen on my new to me SDS1052DL+. This thread appears to be a hotbed of folks that have had similar issues. Tautech appears to have been the savior of many. Ive also tried, on numerous occasions, to apply the Math button reset with no luck. Could someone please point me to the solution that seems to be quite successful for so many. @Tautech can you help me out please.

The USB recovery package they provide should also install the latest firmware; V6.02.01.13
Check that it does.

Same exact problem here with an SDS1052DL+. Turns the fans on, sometimes clicks the relays, but doesn't go past the splashscreen. I've tried pressing the Math button when booting and connecting the probes to the calibration pins. I've also tried inserting a USB stick with SDS1000DL+ Firmware - 6.02.01.07 into it. Formatted it into FAT32 with a 4GB partition and the rest 12GB free. Unfortunately, nothing. Can someone give me any pointers on what to do next?
