RS PRO / Siglent 1052DL+ stuck at boot logo.

Hi all,
I have a RS PRO RSDS 1052DL+ Oscilloscope (rebranded Siglent) that freezes up at the boot logo, no relays click and the front USB doesn't initialise.
I've tried the repeated pressing of the Math button during power on but no luck.
It's no longer in warranty, are there any other options for recovering?

The Siglent SDS1052DL+ USB recovery package worked fine on this RS PRO rebrand and it kept RS PRO branding and also allowed for the latest Siglent firmware to be installed.

Hello guys.
I'm new to the forum and  I have the same problem with my Oscilloscope RSDS1102CML+. The device was bought in December 2021 but because we are on ice breaker passenger ships we miss the container in Punta Arenas and we finally received in Reykjavik , one week ago  . When I press the power button the device stay on Boot Logo. I don't want to send it back to my office and then they will send to seller.....etc......etc, because maybe I will received again in  1 year  . Can I do something to make it work? Thank you for help.

Hi all,

I have a similar problem. The oscilloscope turns on and displays the RS logo. After a while, most of the keys turn dark but apart from that - nothing happens. It still displays the logo and doesn't react to any key presses.

I have tried a hardware reset by repeatedly pressing the Math button after turning the device on. Unfortunately it doesn't help (even after many tries).

How could I get the USB firmware reset tool?

Your help would be much appreciated.

This seems to be a bit of a theme, I'm afraid I have the same issue with an RSDS 1102CML+. I understand this is a rebranded Siglent, so I have tried the reboot/reset math button to no avail. I also tried uploading new firmware from USB but without being able to get past the boot screen I'm a bit stumped on how to access the files in the first place.
