Hi all,
I am a newbie, I have received a signal generator from a factory that has some error as below:
Is there anybody who can show me the way to resolve these problems?
Thank you so much!

Those are not going to be easy issues to resolve from home. I used to run the same signal generators a few years back. You may want to call R&S in Maryland. Speak to Yale. He used to work for me at the Lab we were using those generators before taking a job with R&S. He is a good guy and will tell you what he knows. Tell Him Rich Sent you.

Hi AJ3G, tks so much for your information
Unfortunately, I live in Vietnam, so following your guide, I think I should contact RS Vietnam service center for the support.
Tks again for your kind support.

Yes, I have been inside the SMBV’s and they are pretty modular. Not impossible to repair to component level, but not going to be easy if its something less than obvious. I have been in the R&S repair facility in Maryland, and from what I could tell, they just swap boards. They may send those boards elsewhere for repair.
We used the SMBV primarily for LTE simulation to include experimenting with moving control frequency, and shutting off resource blocks for spectrum sharing. They were very good for this purpose. If you can get it fixed you will have a super fine piece of equipment to utilize.

Thank you so much for your information
I also believe that the R&S signal generator better than Keysight one.
