Title: R&S SMIQ 02B / 03B are any good for an Ham operator ?

Hello three, hunting for a RF gen between 1-2K €.
Are the devices in the subject any good ? Anything one should know before getting one ? ( known defect or weakness)...the main use would be in the analog domain.
