Is the hantek 6074BC a decent buy?

Am looking for my first oscilloscope, i want a usb one, since its portable while also giving me a decent size screen (thats why scopemeters are out) after looking at some options, both cheaper and expensive, i have found the hantek 6074BC (dont really care about the awg, the awg version is either 100 bucks more or from some sketchy seller either, and also dont need the car diagnose stuff of the BE). The other options are the owon vds 1022 or owon vds 6202 which seem rather limiting, even though the specs they claim are what i appear to get. i want to buy once, not buy once and realize its too limited later. the 70mhz quad Channel bandwidth and 250mhz! bandwidth sounds like it does that, anyone have any opinion on this scope?
