Title: SCPI app

I've just uploaded an android app here (http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=info.electronicsinoz.vxi_com) for doing basic commands on instruments.  Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to see in it.

I'm going to make a more specific one for the DS2000 aimed at tablets, but this one is just a generic command interface for quick tests if you don't have a laptop with the required software handy.
