Well, yeah. I had set it up for the SDS2504X Plus. He figured that out on his own. 😉

Since the 30M code is OK, then the problem MUST BE in the terminal that you are using to send the license string.
Make sure you don't have needless CR/LF in that thing!

I updated the firmware to 1.01.01.33R8.
Tried again using MS telnet client and Putty.
Under new firmware, behavior has changed when I run either the MS telnet client or putty. When I send MCBD? the response comes back with >> overwriting the first two characters and the string looks like >>IP4FQQFE4RN2IH
I tried MCBD H2TGG25QPK97X3DS and then reboot and it still doesn't update to SDG1062X.
I'll see if I can get in via USB.
