Hi,
Does anyone know make and model of the SDM3055X fan connector ?
I intend to make a little resistive dropper adaptor that will be put in line with the fan and only want to open the case once to minimise faffing around with the warranty sticker too much - I intend to keep the machine original and maintain the warranty. I was thinking of cutting a small plate to replace the option connector plate which would have a switch on it so I would be able to switch the dropper in and out as a programme of making some test / stability / warm up measurements which might be of interest to those here.

The only picture I could find (https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/siglent-sdm3055-first-impressions/?action=dlattach;attach=115664) that shows the fan connector isn’t very sharp, but it looks like a 2-pin JST XH to me.

That helps, it definitely looks like the JST XH.

Thanks all :-+
I shall make up the adaptor with JST XH - not the end of the world if it turns out to be something else but it does look right.
