Title: Services Manuals or Only Manuals

Hello!
I am searching the Services Manuals or only manuals for:
HUNG CHANG 9100 multifunction counter (I dont know how can I calibrate this machine)
EZ DIGITAL FG-8002 Function generator (I need to calibrate a little)

Sometimes these units can be rebrands and there can be identifying marks on the PCB to give a clue to the OEM.
