What exactly qualifies as "multimeter" here ? Current clamp, insulation resistance, earth resistance, PAT / MFT's? Do they count in the "situation" if they're not working or for sale? Very subjective... I wouldn't have counted Mastech or Uni-T in. |

Any meter that is: 1) Hand held 2) Has more than one function (VO at least). |

So that kind of excludes PAT / MFT's that are mostly shoulder / neck laced, it could lead to the Scopemeter category however, although one may argue that their main intent is scoping not metering. |
