What is the best product to measure thd from the keithley 2015 vs the hp 333a?

The Keithley looks to be better specced for THD if you only care about the audio band, -87dB (20hz-20khz) vs -70dB(5hz-200khz) for the HP 333a.

I haven't used either one, but I'd probably lean towards the Keithley, it doubles as a 6.5 digit DMM.  ^-^
