Bought me these 4 wire measurement cables.
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32841153973.html (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32841153973.html)
Did some testing with them. The resistance between one pair (2 m) is 0.05Ω, consistent with copper and the 18 awg it says on the cables.
The rubber is flexible, but smells a bit.
The reason I choose these is because the wire pairs meet from opposite sides. This ensures a true 4 wire measurement. A lot of aliexpress ones have them in in one part of the clamp.
The clamps seem solid/rigid and are most likely gold plated, have teeth on them which fit the opposite ones. So thin wires get a good connection as well.
The plugs are different than the images show, but they make a good connection, but I can not be certain of their quality. The center post has a plastic ending on them, so its hard to see the metal construction. Behind the plastic cap there're I think 8 spreaders. If it proves to be rubbish in the future, those plugs will be replaced.
The center posts might be somewhat like these:

Thanks for the review, I was looking for a Kelvin probe and the original branded ones are expensive, and these Chinese I haven't had any reference.
Just bought one from your link.

Nice! I added Kelvin to the description, so it will pop up in searches on that word as well.
Hope you'll enjoy your purchase as well!

That type is considered the cheapest one, own few pairs of them for years and the plastic somehow slowly turned into very brittle and easy to crack.
If you're willing to DIY, you can choose the ideal cables or the banana jacks that suits your need, then consider these ...

It is much better one than yours, also available at AliExpress, just abit higher price, but quality wise is much-much better and imo worth it, there is review here by forum member PedroDaGr8 -> Franky's kelvin clips (https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/franky_s-kelvin-clip-kit/)
Or if you do 4W measurements frequently at big leaded components, this one is also worth consideration, as the gripping jaw is more suitable for strong bite on big pins, and it has very simple mechanism made it very reliable for long run, also bought from Franky, but its also available in AliExpress.

Thanks for your response, for me too late but others might benefit from it.
I'll keep them in the dark when not used. That hopefully make them more durable.
There's always a way to f*ckup a simple product I guess.
I hope they will give some years of service. Maybe i can replace the plastic with a 3d printed substitute when they crumble.
