Should I get an ANENG MH12 or UNI-T UT501A isolation resistance meter?

Hey there, after following Dave's YouTube channel for years, I figured now is the time to make an account on this forum, as I did not find any info on my current question :)

I'm in the middle of a complete electrical renovation in a house we inherited, and before we hand over our work to the electrician to install the fuse box, I want to test my work by running isolation tests on all parts of our electrical work.

Since I'll only need this for a few occasions, I won't get a Fluke, but I found two budget devices: the ANENG MH12 (https://de.banggood.com/ANENG-MH12-Insulation-Earth-Resistance-Tester-Digital-Meter-AC-DC-Ammeter-Transistor-Tester-LCD-Megohmmeter-Meter-Voltmeter-Detect-p-1964522.html) and the UNI-T UT501A (https://www.amazon.de/Isolierung-Widerstand-Tester-Isolationsmessger%C3%A4t-Isolationstester/dp/B07CB4QFBL).

Looking at the two, the ANENG seems to have nicer probes and the build quality *looks* better too (but that's obviously hard to tell from the picture). I couldn't find many reviews on the ANENG though, the UNI-T has more.

What do you think? Are there personal experiences for both companies? Do you even own one of the devices? I'm helpful for any hint :)

Cheers!

UNI-T UT501A is a "classic" meter of insulation resistance, and ANENG MH12 a "smart" meter.
ANENG MH12 in addition to resistance, he can measure PI (Polarity Index) and DAR (Dielectric Absorption Ratio).
The maximum displayed resistance value of in ANENG MH12 at the limit of 500/1000V is 20.99 GΩ.

The insides ANENG MH12 (real name of the model HYTAIS TS58/TS68):
