Hi
I was comparing my new to me sds1104x-e with my other scopes and i noticed that in some setting the scope won't trigger in a repeatable way on the rising edge of the probe compensation signal and shows a flat line but if i press more or less any key or knob it will trigger correctly but if i disconnect and reconnect the probe i have a 50/50 chance of not triggering
It does that on the auto trigger but not on the normal trigger
What am i doing wrong?

Make sure you have hold off turned off or down to it’s minimum setting.

I remember I modified it some days ago but then i disabled it
I checked now and reports "holdoff close" (probably meaning minimum)
I pressed the button and shows 50ms
I pressed again bringing it back to " holdoff close" and now it works
