Licenses for Anritsu MG3700 Vector signal generator

Hi All,

Is there anyone who knows how to generate licenses for Anritsu MG3700 Vector signal generator ? Please let me know.

I think it's not that complicated. I'm just not familiar with encryption. If somebody got a pre written python code or similar that would be truly helpful.
