Make contact with your local Siglent office and provide full details of any suspected bug like what it is and what you expect and always include the firmware version.
The exact steps to replicate any bug is very important.
When you get an email reply you can send full reports and supporting screenshots.

Let me ask you in return: What is average bug fix time and schedule for R&S, Keysight or Tektronix ??

What do you mean by "priority incident handling" ?  T&M is not life support or mission critical, at least not usually.
Production testing comes to mind as a use that would need some type of guaranteed uptime... Even then you would want to have redundant test stations, you cannot rely on SLA only, even if they guarantee repair time in hours. Uptime guarantee is customer responsibility... Vendor can only help design it..

That depends on the bug.

Some bugs are major and they fix them quickly, within a few weeks or months.

Others are minor, and they get to them when they get to them, could take many months.

Others they don't really consider to be bugs but more like value subtracted features, so they never get fixed.  This is the same story across most T&M equipment companies, and Siglent is no exception.
