Title: Siglent Firmware

Dear forum readers:
Buy Siglent SDS1022D oscilloscope.
By mistake update the firmware, without observing that it was one for 7-inch screen.
Sincerely online service Siglent the firm sent me for my model.
The problem is that the oscilloscope can not load a previous version.
The Siglent technician does not know how to solve the problem and advised me to send the dealer.
No Siglent distributor in Argentina.
It happens as I can relive my oscilloscope???

Sad situation.

Perhaps you can send letter to Siglent and ask how much is price for spare part main board with economy shipping to Argentina specially in this kind of case where FW update crash and it do not accept anymore FW update at all (do not explain too much.... (!))  and you have 3 year warranty.  (If they have becouse this is now obsolete model and production ended  time ago.)

When you ask, send model and serial number so they do not need ask it before they answer.

The problem has solved.
Our distributor in Argentina had contact  to him, and sent him a new main board for replacement.

my Atten ADS1022C+ not work after firmware upgrade ((
I need Atten ADS1022..ADS1042..ADS1062 or Siglent SDS1022C  Flash dump.
and Siglent SDS1022C latest Firmware
