Title: Siglent oscilloscope screen or boot issues ( 1102X-S , 1202X-E )

Hi there, I have an SDS1102X-S that will not boot, or least the screen remains totally blank forever.  About two or three years ago It actually replaced an SDS1202X-E that had developed the exact same problem.  It seems to me impossible that both oscilloscopes would suffer the same fate and not be documented somewhere, but that does seem to be the case. Attempts to connect to the 1102X via the lan port didn't work. The link remains down no matter what I plug it into. An attempt to boot while holding down the power button while tapping the math key didn't work on either machine.

Both machines used a common power circuit but there are various PC's, switches, routers, laptops and printers on the same circuit with no problems that I am aware of.

So I have two questions. Does anybody know what is likely happening and how to resolve It?
Secondly, since I couldn't  buy another Siglent what would be a similar Rigol machine to the 1102X-s. While it was working it fitted my needs  well.

Is the power LED heartbeat working?

Have you tried unplugging everything including flash drives and seeing if that changes anything?

I should have mentioned that for both machines the power button heartbeat works. At power on the illuminated buttons light up. For the 1102XS the illuminated buttons sometimes flash in sync with the activity light on the lan port. ( The link light remains off ) The symptoms remain the same regardless of disconnecting everything but power.
