Hello, just wondering if anyone else here has experience with the siglent SDL 1020 X-E DC load. I just purchased one, and half the time when turn it on that just shows a white screen and doesn't boot. when it does boot it works fine. It's running the latest firmware, so I'm thinking it must be a hardware problem. Right now I'm planning to send it back, but it's a pain since I got it through our corporate procurement procedure.
Has anyone else purchased one of these and had similar problems? I'm hoping for a solution that doesn't involve returning it, but I understand that that's not likely. Thanks for your input!

Oh dear, we had one unit in NZ that had this problem and it turned out to be a display connection issue and parts were needed. :(
Contact Siglent Ohio and let them fix or replace it.
