Tek 3066 Spectrum Analyzer

Does anyone out there have the installation software for a Sony/Tektronix 3066 DC-3 GHz Realtime spectrum analyzer?

Mine seems to have corrupted some files.

Does it work for tek 3066? I am also looking for tek3066 software.

Hello everyone.
I bought this machine but the app 3066 didn't start. And it cannot be started even after a manual start.
Unfortunately, this topic no longer exists on the Tek forum.
Can someone help me get this installation file?
