Title: SIGLENT SDS 1202X-E Oscilloscope- goes blank after 60 seconds.

Forgive me please but I cannot find any reference to the issue I’m having with my brand new SIGLENT oscilloscope.
Turn it on and start probing circuit, and 60 seconds later the screen goes blank. It comes right back if I press practically any button. Then 60 seconds later the same thing happens. I know it shouldn’t do this but there isn’t any reference to this hiccup in the manual that I can find.
I’m sure it’s a setup issue but I haven’t been monkeying around with the settings at all.

Anyone know what and how to correct this annoying problem?

Utility menu>P3>Screensaver = OFF

Thanks!! I knew it was something dumb I was missing. Puzzling why it started doing that after a few weeks on its own.?

Someone changed the setting, there's no other reason and as it's one of the user settings it's not reversed by a press of Default.
The only way to get fully back to a factory default is use Secure Erase and factory Default.

IIRC these units also have a User Default so you can have your fav settings returned with the Default button.
You set this up in the Save/Recall menu.
