Siglent SDS1000X HD 12bit DSO's

Does anyone know if there is any Italian distributor with the SDS1000X in stock ? I ordered one back in march with an estimated 4 week delivery time, but the just informed me that the scopes will not be on stock until mid june... So I had to cancel the order.

Gabri74, everyone is in the same boat, I don't think cancelling the order was a good idea if that is the oscilloscope you want. Unless, of course, you need a 'scope now, in which case it will not be an italian bought SDS1000X-HD.

I don't think there is anyone with a 1000X-HD in stock in Europe. All of them are backordered AFAIK.
Maybe you will have some luck when the first batch arrives if there is any surplus from current orders.
In any case, if Batterfly doesn't have stock, I find it unlikely that any other italian distributor will have it.

Yeah, even Taobao sellers have it on preorder. There seems to be ample stock of the older SDS1000X-HD with 1GS/s though.
I don't think anyone has it in stock.

There is stock in the US if you are desperate and want to pay the shipping/import charges.

Hi,

Just got my SDS-1104X-HD delivered. Bought it from Jameco and shipped to Singapore as the local distributor price quote was much much higher. Looking forward to playing with the new toy and learning from all the great folks on this thread.

Welcome to the forum.

Enjoy your new scope. 
Not had much of a play with one I have here but I can say the front panel controls are somewhat nicer to use than SDS800X HD.

By all means ask for advice and support here yet in many ways SDS1000X HD can be driven almost identically to SDS800X HD as the feature set between these 2 ranges is very similar.

SDS2000X HD has a few features not shared with 800X and 1000X HD models so for now I would advise to follow the 800X HD indepth review for general advanced guidance.

But how about SDS1000X HD? I can not find any clear answers on this.

For fitting in my lab, the SDS800X would be better. But I think the SDS1000X looks nicer. But if i need to pay for the logic analysis and the function generator softwarefor the SDS1000X HD, that would be a bit too money just becuase i think it looks better....

The SDS2104X HD is way too expensive for my hobby use. So how will these SDS1000X HD compare to the 2104Xplus ? Will they have the FFT mode ?
