It might be half what you expect is what I'm trying to say. The little SDS800X HD for example has a much lesser timebase accuracy spec (time nuts run away :) ) of some 25ppm yet none I have seen are anywhere that poor. Mine's ~9ppm and others I see here ~12ppm. |

After few minutes it reads 10.0000, with occasional flip to 10.00001 MHz Scope is 2+ years old now. Counter is simple counter, so last digit has ±1 digit uncertainty.. |
