Please, how can I identify that the DSO I own is SDS1072CML ? from Hardware Version etc. ?

You will probably need to install a cfg file first to allow for the Siglent firmware to then be recognised and installed.
You can find that cfg file here:

Is there any risk involved in installing CFG file ? I am asking this because I do not have any other DSO this is the only oscilloscope I have.

No.
It is necessary to install the firmware so DSO is changed from Metravi to Siglent and will accept the FW upgrade.
Looking at your model specs here:
https://www.metravi.com/single-product.php?prod=DSO-5070E&cat=Digital+Storage+Oscilloscope
It aligns to SDS1072CML:
https://www.batronix.com/shop/oscilloscopes/Siglent-SDS1072CML.html
Except the USB socket placement is different. :-//
There is always a risk flashing another firmware into a DSO and only you can decide to take that risk.
IMO, with the USB socket in a different place it seems the HW is different so I would not attempt to make the firmware change until more information comes available.
YMMV

The model you looked at (DSO-5070E) is newer model and it is different from mine (DSO-5070A). They have removed DSO-5070A related material from their website but I dug out the web and I found the relevant document on another website. Please go through the attached document, I am 99% sure that 5070A is SDS1072CML now only 1% is left on your confirmation.
BTW, had Siglent released any update between P13 and P22 for CML ?

For that model, I think not.
But in the end, despite your "similarity" feeling it should be a decision of your own. You can't expect tautech to certify a crossflash of that kind because no one has done it before.
That doesn't mean it wont work. There is always a 1st attempt.
