Follow tv84's lead as it may well benefit you. 

You should have a USB-B connection on the back of the scope for connection to a PC.
You will need to download and install EasyScopeX from a Siglent website. You also need NIVISA Runtime for the USB connectivity SW. Install the Runtime package before EasyScopeX.
Within EasyScopeX there is a SCPI command panel where you can enter and execute commands.
To check it's working properly *IDN? returns the instruments information.

As suspected. I think we would be able to upgrade to 150Mhz but we would have to patch the FW in order to bypass a disabling flag. Maybe one day...

I well remember one day installing the latest FW into a 100 MHz CML+, as I do with all DSO's we despatch, and it got dumped to a 150 MHz model !  Dunno why but the customer was well pleased.

Actually, amid lock down I got time to build a Variable frequency RF generator (Analog). It just touched 180 MHz with 20mV pk-pk as measured with above DSO. To know what is the actual amplitude is there I need oscilloscopes frequency response curve or data series in excel format. Can you please provide me that.

Typically the -3dB point for most DSO's is 10-20% beyond rated BW. At 200 MHz my guess would be 50+% down.
But of course if the probe is in circuit it could be more if they are only 70 MHz rated probes.
Standard, it should give good indicative results to approaching 100 MHz.

You need make these kind of measurements with care as even the signal source amplitude accuracy impacts on results.

Tautek, you are Siglent's distributor and have access to their products. If you have time can you please make measurements using 70 MHz CML+ (I think CML model would not be available) with factory shipped 70 MHz probe in 1x and 10x modes not very precise data is required, only generator's reference amplitude (in pk or pk-pk assuming generator output is rock solid) and measured figures are required at 30, 40, 50 .... 200 MHz in 10MHz increments. As you know DSOs are based on Gaussian response it is cumbersome to make guess whether beyond -3dB point signal is hitting brickwall filter or are they rolling of at 6dB/octave or 12 or 18.

It would be great help from your side.

Correct.....but only their products I care or chose to stock.

I only have SDS1102CML+ here and when sold will not get any more as their technology is outdated for today's use and SDS1202X-E is far better value for the $.

That day has come.   

Those gents that have an old SDS CML/CNL and want to upgrade them to 150/200 Mhz pm me. I may be able to help you.

1. Before Patch

2. Right after patch and reboot
*IDN? => *IDN SIGLENT,SDS104X,S/N,5.01.02.32

3. Sent the SCPI command
MCBD xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

4. After command and reboot
*IDN? => *IDN SIGLENT,SDS1152CML,S/N,5.01.02.32

Attached is the FW that allows Siglent SDS1000CML to go to 150MHz (and most probably the SDS1000CNL to go to 200MHz).

You just have to search the forum for the generator that allows you to fill the xxxxxxxx.

Thanks to tv84, my old SDS1072CML turns to 1152.
Because original 70Mhz probes are both died now, I have to buy a bit more expensive 150Mhz pair

But I don't see any real difference in bandwith with cheap P6100 "100MHz" probe, only time/div limit now 2.5ns instead of 5ns.
On picture Ref waveform is saved when it was original 1072. Square (I believe it is) 27MHz generated by SN74HC14N at 5V and with probe used small spring ground lead wire in both cases, probe of course in x10 mode, memdepth "Normal", 1GSa/s (second channel disabled).

Just make probe tests and for sure it's because of cheap probe.
Tested with my new SDS1104X-E (updated to 1204), compared this P6100 with Siglent original 100MHz PP510 which came with 1104X-E. Probes was recalibrated with each reconnection.
Pics in order: 1152CML & PP510, 1204X-E & P6100, 1204X-E & PP510.
And pic in previous post is 1152CML & P6100. Unfortunately I didn't this test with 1072CML in it's original 70MHz state for more adequate compare

P510 shipped with the SDS1102CML and later + versions since forever and your screenshot above shows how well they match the X-E vs P6100. 
IIRC at some 200 MHz they are only ~1dB down so they'll be fine to use with your newly modded SDS1152CML.

Yes I saw some probes chart with 200MHz scope here, and "100MHz" PP510 appears not worse than Siglent 1202's 200MHz probes. So now I know that I need two more PP510's

By the way, the 1204X-E shows a bit more detailed waveform than 1152CML with same probe and at same 1GSa/s
