Normal.
CML HW is limited by its 150 MHz HW whereas SDS1kX-E HW is 200 MHz capable and as there are far greater HF components in a square wave the CML's HW will not reproduce it as accurately.
Dig out the thread: Show us your square wave and have a look at how different scopes handle the HF component.

Oh I haven't more good scopes. I have 3rd scope for outdoor usage, but it's a $100 40Mhz Hantek 2C42 with 250MSa/s sampling (in single channel mode), so it can't do anything good with this waveform (used PP80B probe shipped with scope):
Maybe we need another thread for this topic? :)

I founde that probe calibrated at 1204X-E has some overshoot on calibration square wave then connected to older 1152CML, looks like the old one has a bit smaller input capacitance, despite it marked 16pF vs 15pF at 1204X-E, if I understand the concept correctly (I may not).
