Siglent sds1102cnl start up stuck even with math pressing

Hi all
My scope siglent stuck in siglent screen ! Ihave been  read some topic  simillar to my issue and  tried press math button but
Didnot fix my issue ! Isthere  other way?

It is important Math is pressed rapidly and repeatedly from the moment of turn ON.
Try several times.

 I tried alot of several time pressing math but didnot  success is there apother way like recovery or reflashing

Ahh, quite different.

I don't have the CNL+ recovery package but will try and get it today from the factory....don't go anywhere but it might be 12 hrs or so before I get a reply.
