Title: SIGLENT SDS1102DL EasyScopeX trouble

Hi!
I have bought a SDS1102DL oscilloscope a few days ago. The characteristics are
Software Version: 5.06.02.16
Hardware Version: 11-62-2.6
Product Type: SDS1102DL
Serial No.: SDS00003130011

I'm trying to install the EasyScopeX. In the CD is included the version 07 and I downloaded version 08.
I installed NI-VISA 5.1.2 and .NET framework 4. The osciloscope install the drivers correctly when I plug it to the USB and it appears all OK (as USBTMC). The matter is that when I try to add the device to the EasyScope, the software says that there aren't any device connected.
I installed it in WinXP and Win7 and the problem is the same in both OS and with version 07 and 08.
What can be happening?
