AFAIK, in Siglent portfolio there have not been model SDS2034 (perhaps typemistake)
I think you talk about SDS2304

And for your question about options I have no answer. These old models are very different compared to more new SDS2000X ? ?  models. Have you tried to talk nicely with Siglent Shenzhen office. Perhaps you can try because this is obsolete model and there is no anymore business with it... least I hope they can be some kind and think that if they help you ... you know that a good reputation for a company is more valuable than gold and good word spreads. Later you or some your contacts may purchase Siglent new instruments. Call and try...
BTW at this time when these models was in production option keys was generated ONLY in Siglent HQ  and it need  Serial number AND scope ID



This is genuine last FW update package from Siglent. This time it was usual that Siglent share these packages in .RAR format. Today mostly .ZIP

My model is SDS2304. I called the head office of siglent and they replied that this model has been out of production for many years without any technical help. My previous version was 1. X. It was only after finding the upgrade file on the forum that I upgraded to the current 2. X

Thank tv84  for his help. The AWG Decode PAS has been successfully installed, but the MSO digital channel cannot pop up a window by pressing the installation button. The digital channel interface of my machine is also missing. It may be that the hardware does not have this function, so the software cannot be installed
