Learning its capabilities ..... somewhat more than the SVA1000X models......

GPS and MAP tile files are new to me and used to record coordinates of remote transmission/repeater stations.

VNA sweep of SWR and Log Mag from a 200mm 2.4 GHz WiFi SMA antenna displaying further resonant frequencies.
Seems GPS has no problem finding satellites even when inside under a tin roof. 
Outside I've had 17 show up which of course much improves altitude accuracy.

Nice. 
Had mine a couple weeks and it arrived with the now online FW, V1.1.2.1.5R0 for which I now have a beta version a little later than yours.
However the Option page Trial times weren't displayed correctly (no 120hrs Trial mode) and I got a special file from HQ to remedy it.

Yes the manual is under further development and I have a section on MAP that is not added to the public manual yet.
What do you need help with ?

I can confirm that my unit was shipped without any trial license installed. It only has the F1 and CAT permanent licenses installed by default, as it is the base model.

I can see on siglentna.com that GPS and GPSM are out of stock. It is possible that they are not finished functions and are not available for purchase by the public.

I don't currently require assistance with anything. Everything is going well so far. I simply want to share my experience.

Yes spotted that too however it's outdated as I purchased GPS and GPSM.

The GPSM option has been renamed as MAP in the instrument although still is listed as GPSM in pricelists and on websites to better align with UI menus.

LOL, if you're going to patch a license, why not make it permanent? Actually, you can extract the license code from the running program while adding an incorrect license to it.

Sure you can (at least for now...) and what about the F1, did you tried it?

Installing F2 will automatically remove F1. They are bandwidth license.

You misunderstood, the patch was supplied by Siglent for the Trial time periods to be displayed like in all other Siglent analyzers.
Study my screenshot above where all temporary option licenses display the trial time remaining.

Getting to know this more to see what the trace colors are for the 6 traces it can do. 

3 GHz @ 0dB from cough  SSG3021X via RG214 with 10 Hz RBW and missing a couple steps to 300kHz RBW.
All traces Peak Hold however with the long sweep times for low RBW settings I haven't allowed for multiple sweeps to display less noise.

Siglent kindly sent me a download link to their beta SW to assess and use.

It allows for PC download of various map types of which I selected Google Street maps for initial tests and navigated and zoomed to Auckland NZ to download and install the GPS PNG files into the Map cache.

No documentation was provided however if a dummy like me can use it successfully when the formal instructions for when it goes live should provide simple usage guidance.

With the GPS functionality ON and GPS Locate engaged it found me in an instant.
