--- Quote from: lugamodder on September 12, 2024, 01:56:47 pm --- I have an old SPD3303D power supply, which is discontinued but in excellent condition. Firmware version 1.01.01.06R2. "upgraded" to SPD3303S . It has a minor voltage issue on the first channel. Has anyone managed to calibrate the SPD3303D/S? I am using the NI VISA Test Panel and PYVISA lib with the SPD3303X calibration guide https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/siglent-sds3303x(-e)-calibration-fw1-01-01-02-07r2-best-practice/ with no success. The issue is that after executing the commands "*CALCLS 0" and "*CALCLS 1" correctly, the command "CALibration:VOLTage CH1,1,0.8736" is not accepted, and the power supply beeps. I tried downgrading to SPD3303D, changing the number of decimal places, removing and adding different line-ending characters, but without success. I also tried downgrading the firmware to the only one I found, 1.01.01.03R1, but also without success. The device doesn’t want to update through EasyPower. Has anyone had a successful calibration of such a power supply? --- End quote --- I have the SPD3303X and was able to calibrate it. I used the instructions in the older service manual (attached). The instructions were removed in the newer service manual for some reason. Hopefully it will help your situation. |

It seems there are differences between the D/S and X series. |
